Trustline Resources is a newly formed proprietorship, but it is built on a solid foundation of real-world operational experience. Before founding Trustline, our founder spent over 5 years on the ground, directly managing facility operations across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
This wasn't behind-the-desk management. It involved the day-to-day oversight of 11 corporate sites and over 50 Lakh square feet of prime real estate, supervising a workforce of 100+ personnel.
Having dealt with the chronic industry challenges of untrained staff, high absenteeism, and compliance risks firsthand, Trustline was created to solve these exact problems.
