Absolutely. Trustline strictly adheres to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Minimum Wages Act, and the Payment of Wages Act. This guarantees ethical treatment of our staff and completely protects our clients from any vendor-compliance liabilities. We share proof of compliance with our monthly invoices.
We maintain a dedicated "reliever" pool (buffer staff) tailored to the size of your contract. If a deployed staff member is sick or on leave, a trained substitute is dispatched immediately to ensure your operations experience zero downtime.
We use industry-standard, eco-friendly cleaning agents and Taski chemicals whenever appropriate. For equipment, we deploy mechanized scrubbers, industrial vacuums, and high-pressure jets depending on the specific requirements mapped out during our initial site assessment.
